Micromax has again rebranded and this time it is Yu Yureka black
After rebranding the Qiku Q 365 phone, Micromax is back at rebranding with the latest offering, thel Yu Yureka Black from its subsidiary brand Yu Televentures. If in case you are not aware of the launch of the Yu Yureka or want to know more about it then click here.Micromax has again rebranded and this time it is Yu Yureka black.
Moving on, The phone is a rebranded version of Wiko U Feel Prime which was launched back in 2016 in September.Talking About the Wiko U Feel Prime, shipping with Android 6.0 (marshmallow) out of the box and features a Dual SIM and a Micro SD card expandable up to 128 GB. It’s also well worth noting that the phone supports 4g and VoLTE.
It has 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS 2.5D Curved Glass Display With Corning Gorilla Glass 3 Protection and is powered by the Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 (4 x 1.2 GHz Cortex A53 + 4 x 1.5 GHz Cortex A53) Processor coupled with 4 GB of DDR3 RAM and 32 GB built-in storage. It sports the Adreno 505 GPU.
It also functions a fingerprint scanner for improved security functions.
The U Feel Prime also has a 13 MP rear digital camera in conjunction with a front-going through 8 mp front camera with support for HDR and a plethora of other features. The smartphone houses a 3000 mah battery and is 8.5mm thick and also weighs around 150 gms.
So now If we compare the U Feel Prime and the Yu Yureka Black, they are the exact same, whether in terms of specs or design. They haven’t even updated it to Android Nougat for this matter and the reportedly the skin on the phone is also not changed to Micromax’s own.
The only thing which has changed is the branding and they have given the back a bit of a chrome black finish and are calling it as the Yu Yureka “BLACK”.It is both very hilarious and outrageous both at the same time when we see companies doing this kind of very unacceptable things. We really hope that Micromax doesn’t do this again and brings in some innovation!
