First off, I want to apologize to everyone. Let me explain where this idea came from. Over a year ago, LithiumDoll did this, and I can't believe I am using these words together, great vid to "I Love You", yes, the Barney theme song. Since then I have been keeping my ear out for an equally annoying song that could be applied to Farscape. Well, I finally found it. This lovely gem from the 80's and the Cocktail Soundtrack that was overplayed to the point where most people can not stand to hear this song anymore.

This basically follows everyone having a good time in Farscape. Well, not everyone. Aeryn doesn't really let her hair down much, but John, D'Argo, Chi, Zhaan and Rygel have their moments. Obviously there is a lot of stuff taken from Scratch 'n Sniff and it turns out that TGIF, Again, has a lot of scenes that fit the party atmosphere. Ben and Anth have proven their comic genius in a lot of the scenes I used.. The big shot of Aeryn is from Out of Their Minds, yeah, that one, so it's not really Aeryn. And thanks to Leviathan I was reminded that there are some nice cut scenes from Dog With Two Bones namely the conga line and the bechelor party. Those definitely had to make it in there.

There were some really serendipitious editing moments. The whole bit from TGIF where they are dancing in the bar really matches the beat of the music and surprised me. D'Argo knocking on the door in SnS, too. I hadn't even planned on that clip, but I have my labeling wrong in my spreadsheet and got this one by accident. Worked out well. The last clip wasn't really serendipitous, but I really love ending on a poor confused Chiana.

Ah well, hope you enjoy in spite of the musical choice. On the upside, a lot of poeple have told me that it brings a smile to their face.

LG, I saw this one on your site (I think! lol) and have been anxiously awaiting it coming here. I really like this vid. I never got too annoyed with the song the first time around ( I love the fact that all the sounds are coming from him) and I think you've matched the feeling and vibe of the song wonderfully here!!! Watched this one the other day and spent all day humming the music. That says something all on its own as I've never particularly cared for the song. The video was absolutely splendid, and I shudder to think how long it must have taken Lt. Garrix to put it together. Watching everybody move in perfect rhythm to the music was so incredibly cool. Great work!!!
