The focus of Roland's music video is Chiana from the mid-fourth season through the end of the series. Perhaps the best part of hosting so many videos in one place is that it exposes us to music we wouldn't even know about otherwise. We all love Farscape, but all have different taste in music, which makes for some very interesting music videos. And that brings me to the music in this video. Perhaps the most unusual aspect of this vid is the song "She", created by the gothic rock band "In The Mist". It's safe to say that "She" isn't the usual top-40 radio station fare, but is strange, memorable and mysterious - much like Chiana.

Lyrics for "She"

Here she comes, she wears the night
She clings to the shadows and she passes light
Here she comes, with the shadow dance
Walking through the low-lit gloom in seductive entrance

Velvet and lace, a white powdered face
With raven hair and eyes of blue, descending the path with grace
Whirling up around her, the mists of pre-nights dew
Through the winds, echoes enchant with Witches brew

She’s like a whispering wind, gentle and serene
And yet, with rage she can tear apart your soul
Ice inside my veins, a burning in my soul
I fall apart; I drift away; I lose control

Here she comes, this beauty of dreams
Lady Moonlight, of Ravens she’s the queen
With shadows gathered around her; with mists to veil her heart
She clouds my eyes with visions of lusts, yet with Medusa’s stonecold gaze

She’s the fallen Angel, the Muse from my dreams
She’s child of Nature, the Siren of the lamenting streams
She’s Isis; she is Hecate and she’s Arianhrod, silver wheel
She’s the stranger; she’s the Muse from my dreams
She’s the stranger; she’s the Godess to make belief

I fall into dreams which I’ve never seen before
I spin in a Maelstroem of disoriented thoughts
In a whirlpool of dust and hard beating rain
I find myself hiding without conscious restraint
She lets me see the world from above before we fade away

Burn me in the Beltaine fires
Seduce me in the pyres of sacrilege
Reel the flames to meet the astral skies
Burn me in the pyres of sacrilege

The song wasn't all that catchy but it makes sense for this character. Thought I'd compliment on this one seems how Chiana is my favorite character, it's great. I'm glad you didn't miss the eye scenes. Good stuff... any more coming out any time soon?

The mood of the music and the clips matches up pretty well. I enjoyed the song, not something I've heard before. One thing to look at in the future is trying to match lyrics and scenes. You did this well in the end with the Beltaine fires. A few clips were overly long. The 8 sec or llength of yrical line rules are useful. Unfortunately the ending seemed a little out of place. The vid was almost all Chiana until about the last minute.
