Virginia Hey at the Greenwich Village Halloween Parade

Susan Sarandon hosted the 2000 edition of the Greenwich Village Halloween Parade, which showcases some of New York's more, um...colorful citizens having a fun time. One of the guest hosts was our very own Virginia Hey. She wasn't there for very long, but did get a chance to talk about Zhaan, growing her hair, and a few other things.
